A powerful course for women ready to reclaim their space, silence self-doubt, and build a life led from within. Presenting through a blend of self-awareness, practical tools, and guided reflection.
About the Program
This group blends self-awareness, practical tools, and guided reflection to support women in:
- Trusting their inner voice without second-guessing
- Setting and holding healthy, clear boundaries
- Building a kinder, more connected relationship with their body
- Quieting the inner critic and replacing it with self-compassion
Group Format:
The program is offered in two courses, each running over four weeks, in English and Spanish. Attendance at all classes is required.

The Program will be entirely FREE!
Bonus Classes:
Two Bonus Sessions are included! One will be a yoga class in New City, and the other will be a Women's Self Defense class.

Part 1 Course Descriptions
Septiembre 8– Conciencia de cómo me trato a mí misma
Exploraremos conceptos básicos del coaching y cómo nuestras ideas sobre nosotras mismas dirigen nuestra vida.
Septiembre 15 – ¿Quién se supone que soy yo?
Hablaremos sobre los roles que desempeñamos, nuestros valores y cómo mantener el balance en todas las áreas de nuestra vida.
Septiembre 22 – ¿Cuerpo o trofeo?
Aprenderemos formas más amables y saludables de percibir y tratar nuestros cuerpos, lo cual influye en cómo nos sentimos y cómo nos proyectamos al mundo.
Septiembre 29 – ¿De dónde salió esa voz?
Trabajaremos en identificar la voz interna que nos dicta cómo debemos vivir y cuestionamos las creencias que la sostienen.
September 11 – Awareness of how I treat myself
We will go through some basic concepts of how coaching can help us, and we will work with the ideas we have made of ourselves and the way those ideas are directing our lives.
September 18 – Who am I supposed to be?
We will talk about the roles we play, our values, and how we maintain balance in all areas of our lives.
September 25 – Body or trophy?
We will learn that there are kinder and healthier ways to perceive and treat our bodies, which is reflected not only in the way we feel about ourselves but also in how we project ourselves to the world.
October 2 – Where did that voice come from?
We will work on identifying the internal voice that dictates how we are supposed to live and where it comes from, as well as questioning the beliefs that sustain it.
Part 2 Course Descriptions
Octubre 6 – Permiso para proteger: límites para mí y para los demás
Aprenderemos sobre los límites, de dónde provienen y cómo reconocer los obstáculos que interfieren con nuestros planes.
Octubre 13 – Tus emociones, tus guardaespaldas
Aprenderemos sobre la función de las emociones y la conexión que existe entre lo que pensamos y lo que sentimos
Octubre 20 – Un paso a la vez
Identificaremos nuestros hábitos y cómo pueden ayudarnos o perjudicarnos, además de entender cómo se construyen.
Octubre 27 – Con propósito en cada paso
Aprenderemos a construir hábitos que deseamos y a romper los que ya no queremos, alineándolos con nuestras metas y valores.
October 9 – Permission to protect
We will learn about limits, where they are generated, as well as analyze situations and identify those obstacles that are getting in the way of our proactive plans.
October 16 – Your emotions, your bodyguards
We will learn about emotions and what their function is, understanding the connection between what we think and what we feel.
October 23 – One step at a time
We'll work on identifying our habits and how they can work for us or against us. We'll learn how habits are built and how they work.
October 30 – With purpose in every step
We will learn how to build habits that we want and how to break those that we no longer want, as well as identify what helps us achieve our goals without leaving aside our values
