The coaching process provides guidance and training to help clients develop high-performance skills, insights and behaviors so they can more efficiently reach their goals. VCS Coaches help their clients to become aware of and improve their habits, understand and learn from their emotions, and take active, empowered steps that lead to change.<\/p>\n<p>Coaching clients decide the direction they want to take on their personal growth journeys. Our coaches support their clients at every level in becoming who they want to be.<\/p>\n\t\t<h2><a href=\"\/services\/community-services\/support-groups\/\"  target=\"_self\">\t\n\tEligibility and Payment<\/a><\/h2><p>Wellness Coaching is not billed through insurance.
