Presentado mediante una combinaci\u00f3n de autoconciencia, herramientas pr\u00e1cticas y reflexi\u00f3n guiada.<\/p>\n<p>Este grupo combina autoconciencia, herramientas pr\u00e1cticas y reflexi\u00f3n guiada para apoyar a las mujeres en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confiar en su voz interior sin dudarlo<\/li>\n<li>Establecer y mantener l\u00edmites saludables y claros<\/li>\n<li>Construir una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amable y conectada con su cuerpo.<\/li>\n<li>Silenciar al cr\u00edtico interno y reemplazarlo con autocompasi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<p><strong>Formato del grupo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El programa se ofrece en dos cursos, cada uno con una duraci\u00f3n de cuatro semanas, en ingl\u00e9s o espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Precios:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inscr\u00edbete en cualquiera de los cursos (4 clases cada uno): $175 por curso<\/li>\n<li>Inscr\u00edbete en ambos cursos juntos (4 clases + 4 clases + <em>2 clases extra<\/em>): $350 en total<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Clases adicionales: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Puedes adquirir Clases Adicionales por separado solo si ya te has inscrito en un curso: $100 cada una.
